WORKPLACE DYNAMICS

The interaction and practices at the workplace build the ways, and how work is done.

Interaction and practices become visible for example in how groups function, time management, priorities, responsibilities, execution of power, and values. Work is done at workplaces and networks, between and by people. In order for the work to run smoothly, joint meanings and tools are needed for both individuals and organisations – this contributes to the organisational work and development.

We provide tools for example for managing rush and complexity; interaction; with the meanings of responsibility, power, and values; change, forecasting, competency, and motivation. Training regarding the interaction between people may increase understanding about own role and its meaning to the workplace.

What could I do to assist? I will explain why the basis of human interaction is all the interactions that take place between people, directly or indirectly. I will explain why and how these habits, encounters, practices and structures are essential to the smoothness and effectiveness of work. I will explain why it is important to create a workplace dynamic that enables good work to be done, and how this is possible. Views I present are based on scientific research linked to practice. Be in contact!
