Developing leadership and leadership competency are key elements in the future success of organisations
– also leadership needs to be led.

I will support you in utilising the leadership competency within your organisation in its different forms throughout the organisation. My particular area of expertise is informal leadership, which is leadership without formal power position combined to guiding collective work. It is strongly linked to utilising competencies in organisations as well as to both collective and formal leadership. All of these forms of leadership work together in organisations and it is good to know and be aware of how investing in them supports greatly in utilising the competencies of the employees. Be in contact!

Having a look at leadership and its implications on the organisation helps us decide how we wish our organisation to be led. Individual leadership competencies are linked to organisational leadership systems and practices as well as to their development and quality. Changing the leadership practices should affect the power structures also. 

Leadership development support, for example, interaction, dialogue, knowledge acquisition and use, decision-making, visionary behavior, and trust. Leadership is work conducted between people. It provides support in terms of structure and enabling good work, with an aim to enable the success and mission of the organisation.
